Q: Where are you located?

Malley Sports Limited is located in Dublin, Ireland but we supply worldwide.


Q. How do I place an order ?

Please send your logo, preferred colour options and any other text you would like on your garments.  Our design team will draw up a range of designs for you or you can choose a design using our Kit Designer Software.  Once design is confirmed all we need is a list of sizes, your address and phone number.. We then send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order including final graphics for approval.


Q: What is the minimum order quantity on initial order?

A: Due to the complexity and creativity of our sublimated designs, minimum order for production is 10 pieces per garment type (i.e. 10 tracksuit tops, 10, 3/4 length leggings, 10 shorts, 10 t-shirts, 10 vests etc). This can be a mix of sizes i.e. 5 small tracksuit tops and 5 medium tracksuit tops etc.


Q: Can we order a ‘Top Up’ order of  2-3 products ?

Unfortunately not, Custom Made garments require a minimum order of 10 per design for all orders.


Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: We have a comprehensive size guide that allows you to match your measurements to our set sizes.


Q: What sizes are available?

A: Our sizes are: Age 4/5, Age 6/7, Age 8/9, Age 10/11, Age 12 to 14 (XS), Small, Medium Large, XL and XXL.


Q: Do you supply tailored options?

A: We supply only set sizes in all garments including Dance Dresses. We do not supply shorter or longer length leggings or shorter or longer length sleeves on Tracksuit Tops.


Q: What if I order the wrong size?

A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then offer a free replacement size.


Q: Can I get one sample piece made initially?

A: Due to the complexity of designs we cannot offer samples in you specific design. The minimum order is 10 garments per design. However, we can send you sample garments that are not in your design so that you can see the quality, design options and fabric.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Initial designs takes from 7 to 10 workings days. Once design is approved and sizes are provided, a final confirmation is required. From the date of this final confirmation delivery time is 6 weeks.


Q: What if I have an urgent Match, Feis or Event and need my custom made garments sooner?

If you contact our sales team  and inform us of the date you need the garments for. We will then check and see if its achievable.


Q: When do I have to pay?

A: Malley Sport require 50% deposit on receipt of final confirmation. The remaining 50% is due to be paid 2 weeks before your final delivery date. Specific dates for both payments will be provided by your sales contact and stated on the terms section of  your invoice. All orders under 1,000 require full payment upfront, at the time order is placed. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.


Q: What assurances do we have on quality and product warranty?

A: We offer a 100 % satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event that the product is not to the correct specifications, it is our policy to resolve this immediately, and if required we will not hesitate to issue replacement products.


Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal or cheque.


Q: Can I get my individual Name or Initials put on our garments?

A: Yes, we can add names or initials to garments, there is an additional cost Per Garment - please discuss with your sales contact for prices


Q: Can I change or add to my order once placed?

A: Once your final confirmation has been approved your order is then placed into production, at this stage it is too late to change or add to your order. Anything required additionally from this point on will be categorised as a new order. Please check with your sales contact if your order is in the production stage


Q: Is there a price difference between children and adults

A: Age 4-5 up to 10-11 are charged at one price, size 12/14 (XS) and over are charged at a seperate price, due to VAT. Please speak to your sales contact who can advise you further on this.
